PH-2 is special designed for die/chip sorting from medium to large size wafer flange, largest carrying size is 12 "(inch) wafer flange loading from cassette (downward compatible to 8"/6 " wafer flange cassette). It is available to mounted a 8" flange or Waffle Tray at placement platform, unloading method has two options as manual / auto. The placement accuracy is within ± 0.03mm with capacity 3000uph (depending on the material specifications).
